SYSTEM DELIVERY

Our system delivery services may cover the complete system delivery project value chain from requirements specification to system delivery and post-deployment product support services, or just some specific parts based on our customer needs at each project.

The IPMA certificate granted by the International Project Management Organization guarantees that system deliveries are well coordinated and the required project reporting is available to all stakeholders.

SYSTEM INTEGRATION

Our system integration services cover both the architectural design and actual implementation of needed integrations between the GENERIS / GENERIS Energy Vertical / GRADES system and the customer’s other systems. We offer a number of ready standard interfaces for example to AMR/AMM/AMI systems, CIS applications and B2B communication. We can also implement new interfaces to meet raising needs.

TESTING

Process Vision’s Testing Service provides a powerful solution for testing customer specific GENERIS systems setups. We help our customers in implementing new system versions and functionalities by conducting customer specific tests using the customer’s own data, which in turn saves the customer’s resources.

Our testing consultants conduct their testing assignments following a well-defined systematic process and by using advanced testing tools customized for testing of GENERIS systems. Tests are designed to be re-usable and automatic, so that they can be easily repeated as many times as needed.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

Process Vision’s Certification and Training Services fulfils the needs for skills and knowledge in GENERIS products and related technologies. We offer to conduct required market certification testing on behalf of our customers on their own GENERIS systems in order to save their resources.
Furthermore, the certification system provides individuals and companies a way to demonstrate their competencies in the selected areas. To ensure learning, the training sessions include practical examples and hands-on exercises. We provide both standard GENERIS module training and customized training for customer specific setups.

TECHNICAL SYSTEM SERVICES

GENERIS System Monitoring Services
The GENERIS System Monitoring Service monitors the state and health of a GENERIS system and proactively fixes and prevents problems. It includes automatic notifications of potential problems, regular system health reports and repairing actions conducted by our engineers.

GENERIS System Cloning Services
The System Cloning Service is an effective and secure way to duplicate a GENERIS system from one server environment to another. Typical cases include establishing a new production environment as a copy of a test environment or vice versa.

GENERIS System Maintenance Services
The GENERIS System Maintenance Service ensures that a GENERIS system runs in an optimized way regarding to performance and storage usage. Analysis results, actions and their impacts, and proposals for further actions are handed over to the customer in a system maintenance report.


GENERIS System Performance Optimization Services
The GENERIS System Performance Optimization Service analyzes and configures the system setup for optimal performance. The main deliverable of the service is a report that describes the analysis, improvement actions and proposals for further improvements.


GENERIS System Deployment Services
The System Deployment Service provides efficient solutions for all kinds of software installation and upgrade needs related to GENERIS systems:
3rd party software licenses and installation: Oracle database etc.
Initial GENERIS installation: a fresh system that is ready for customer specific configurations and data. Includes basic testing of the installed system.
Upgrades from version X to Y, includes basic testing of the upgraded system.

CLOUD SERVICES

The GENERIS System Cloud Service makes Process Vision’s products and solutions available as handy services over the internet. As the customer only pays for the periods of active usage, it is a cost efficient and agile way to benefit of our versatile offering.

Outsourced systems can be lightweight or large systems with multiple servers, meant either for production or test use. The hosted system is available for temporary, periodical or permanent use.

Hosted system is based on virtual server technology. When extreme performance is required, dedicated physical serves are also available. Hosted systems are located in a professionally equipped server room.

PRODUCT SUPPORT

Process Vision offers product support services according to each customer’s needs as agreed in the maintenance contract.

Our first line product support typically helps customers with questions concerning everyday use of our applications.
The second line support concentrates on more demanding needs, mostly technical problems related to products, systems and operating environments.

For customers with very business critical systems we offer a variety of Service Level Agreement (SLA) services with exceptionally fast response times also outside the normal business hours, according to the customer’s business needs.
